Gianluca (Luca) Paniccia​

Luca Paniccia is described by those who know him well as a natural leader. He believes in helping others and while he has volunteered for a number of different causes throughout the years, he has focused on youth related initiatives.

A member of the 2015 and 2016 Youth Fest Planning Committee, Leisure Centre Youth Mentorship Program, 2016 Community Service Award recipient, and Mission Hospice Child Bereavement Camp Leader, Luca says that he volunteers because he enjoys seeing people smile and because its important to make the world a better place.

Luca has been involved in several different leadership roles throughout his work career, including Employee Voice and Training Captain at Best Buy Canada, as well as Apple Master Educator with TELUS and Best Buy Canada. Luca is a natural training and development instructor.

Recently, Luca has focused on dedicating his time to growing up and coming leaders, as well as developing brands through e-commerce as well as building lasting relationships. He strongly believes in helping others develop leadership skills.
