Toby Mustill – Community Outreach Coordinator

"It takes a village to raise a child….. A child who is not embraced by the village will burn it down to feel it’s warmth."

Toby Mustill is a Mission resident and has seven years’ experience as a youth worker in various positions including with Mission Community Services Society, Mission Youth House and completed a practicum with Youth Probation in Mission.

Toby currently works full time as a youth worker in Maple Ridge where he has worked for five years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Sociology. A continuous learner, Toby attended the Advanced Certificate in Mental Health, Addictions and Criminal Justice Program online through Camosun College in which he recieved (with honours) the Certificate in the Spring of 2022, this certificate had a focus on using Evidence-Based Therapies to address criminogenic needs

Toby joined the Mission Youth Action Group to promote youth advocacy, self-sufficiency, and development within Mission and around the lower mainland. He is looking forward to seeing what the young people of Mission can accomplish!
